Kendal Bland
RN

I have been working in healthcare for 10 years as a medical assistant and then as an RN after graduating from the nursing program at Ivy tech in Madison in 2017. Most of my career has been spent working in OBGYN, mother baby services, & aesthetics. I have a passion for women’s health and love helping women in all their journeys through life. Outside of work my hobbies include spending time with my family, being a mom of 4, and traveling with my husband.

Jennifer Smith
Esthetician

Jennifer Smith is a licensed esthetician with over 22 yrs experience in both high end luxury spas and advanced medical practices. She is committed to helping others look and feel their best. She believes in a customized approach for each individual client. She strives to continue growing her knowledge and skills with a strong emphasis on training and education throughout her career.
   Jennifer is married, with two children Bentley and Brailey. They are an active family who love to go golfing, mountain biking, and snowboarding together. She also has three rescue dogs and enjoys spending any available time volunteering for a local rescue.

In 2021 I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from IUPUC and spent my first three years of nursing in emergency medicine. Aesthetics and wellness have always been a true passion of mine and I truly enjoy helping others feel their best inside and out.
I love spending time with my family, going on runs and taking the boat out in the summertime.

Hello, I’m Allie!  I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human & Health Sciences and a certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant. With five years of experience in education and an instructor for CCMA, I am dedicated to combining my experience in healthcare education and passion for aesthetics to deliver exceptional patient care.
I'm passionate about helping others achieve the best versions of themselves. My commitment to excellence is driven by a desire to see our patients thrive and feel their best. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, taking walks, and listening to music. I also cherish time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog.
